Great Walkthrough! I just would say that the Sony A95K 65" @ 2600 is an awesome deal! I think during Prime Day the price may drop, but compared to the Sony flagship TV A90J a couple of years ago the Sony A95K is very competitively priced.

I came across a 65 A95K open box excellent geek squad certified for 2200$ at BB.. everything was brand new nothing was open in terms of packaging. I really like it .. but I do feel sometimes like it a bit small .. I upgrade from a 55 Sony Kdl900wa.. so it’s a upgrade in terms of size .. but I’m still feeling it out.. do you think the X95K at 75 is a good value?

@@patrolman602 There are always risk for sure (LG for example has very bad panel uniformity issues, pink tint, banding, etc). I heard about RTINGS info. But I like the S95C so much that is the risk I’m willing to take. I rather risk that than the panel lottery. QD OLED has zero panel issues I also never get extra warranty for anything except these expensive TVs. That gives me peace of mind just in case. Good luck whatever you choose it’s always hard decision! Hope you enjoy for years

Great walk through Brian and many good tv's to choose from for those looking to upgrade. For me? It's another ho hum year as they say as my C1 is running strong and for me there is no need to waste money and upgrade. I'm sorry but nothing really grabs my attention. My focus is on the audio side of things and making my system better with my C1 as the centerpiece of it all. Working on it and I will get there in time. That being said. Brian, I know this is not related to this article, but I have a question. I have the Samsung 55 inch s95b OLED. I think the picture is tremendous especially in Intelligent mode on certain streaming shows. Filmmaker is great too but sometimes the picture is so clear in intelligent mode it almost looks 3D. ANYWAY, I'm thinking of going to the 65 inch Samsung 900b 8k. Reviews are great and that just may be what I'm looking for. I sit 7 feet away in an almost dark room when streaming in the evening. I don't play games at all. I also have the q950A soundbar so the sound is great too. My room is 14x14 with 8 foot ceiling. My question is, am I going to notice a difference and see an even better picture on the 8k than the OLED. Hard to believe the picture could be any better but that's what I want if the 8k can do that. That all sounded like some mobile chinese take-away menu lolol. Hey did ya know LG has stripped the service menu, you can't turn off TPC-GSR or mess with anything anymore in the C3-G3 tv's. Nice video. But you did not talk in detail about LG QNED. I have been waiting for reviews on QNED80, with the A7 Gen 6 processor. I have searched and there are no reviews on this particular model. At Best Buy and Costco, they look great, however, a professional review would show the strength and weaknesses of the model. Thanks

Just wondering your thoughts on the B2 series from LG. Here in canada a 77 inch is currently 2999. Amazing price considering everything that size is 4-5k minimum up here. I know it only has 2 hdmil 2.1 ports but to me its easy to switch hdmi wires as required. Brightness and everything else seems better than a CX but slightly worse than a C1. Thanks in advance. PS Its crazy how much USD some of these tvs are..They would literally be 10k up here in canada lol

The G2 actually caught up and surpassed the a90j. The G3 at 83" will not have MLA but will still see an apl boost of 10% . The processing is also improved

Note that the biggest I can go or want is 65" for me as I only have a living room at about 13 feet long lol but I can get a 55" A90J (55" cause my backroom is smaller) from Bestbuy right now for $1199.99 in the states...so very affordable but I don't know about getting a 2 year older model and it's been sitting in the warehouse or store for that long...that would worry me...

Hi Brian.👌It might be not entirely related to your video but recently i went to see a presentation between Philips 807 LG G2 and Sony A90k and i couldn't believe what Philips tv was actually showing in terms of contrast dynamism and overall picture "finesse" .I would use your girls analogy:LG she could be sexy but has bleached hair ,Sony she looks beautiful but she is flat-chested.And it was only 807 model.Here in Europe Philips can be the real 👽 this year.
