People like you are the reason Nigeria is this way. Ever heard of legislative independence? Sure he should morally respect the governor especially if he is older than him. But when it comes to policy issue, it is actually more healthy for a democracy for the legislature to be at odds with the governor on policy issue. You don’t want a rubber stamp legislature. That’s being said I have to give kudos to president BAT on the way he structured Lagos state which is the reason you guys have this much progress and stability. Seriously politics was played against you and the hand writing was very clear, you couldn't see it, the same colleagues you tried to protect were having meetings behind you and taken instructions from superior powers you aren't not aware....it was easy to remove you. Yes, there is 3 tiers of government but there is one leader which is the governor of the state, if you want to disagree with him, it shouldn't be in public to the extend of rejecting the list of commissioners....you didn't have loyalty from your members so it is easy for you to be impeached.... Imagine, leading a Team and no one can give you an hint of what is coming or backing you even when you not there....This should be a serious lesson to you. If the governor has the to nominate anyone he wishes, to nominate 12 persons from eti osa with LP votes, with far far less votes for APC, ND nominated 1 each from epe, ikorodu, agege, alimosho that carried him on their shoulder to get reelected, the Assembly too, who are the grass root politicians, who represent each of this area, to reject whatever nominees he presented, until his senses work normal.

All this talk os politics. What people are asking is give on what bases are those people rejected. In the federal, reasons were given. If it is not about qualifications, experience or capability then on what bases do you do your selection. Obasa is jus talking politics, he just exposed himself. If you place politics above competence, it will show with time. The house should have choosen all politicians and lets see how they funtion. Pride goes before fall and power is transient.
