What do you guys think about the new TVS Eurogrip Roadhound Tyres? Would you pick them over tyres from international tyre manufacturers? Tell us in the comments!

I personally have been using the Metzeler Sportec M5rr and they have NEVER failed me. Be in cornering or braking or gripping the road on a straight tour. I'd wait for the long term review on these since I like reviewing tyres too. I'm going to switch to touring sports tyres of Bridgestones and Metzeler's soon, maybe by then the reviews will be more extensive on the TVS Eurogrips. Though they do look promising :)

This was long due. Since Apollo has started making high quality tyres for the Indian market, we needed TVS to step in too with their products. I believe slowly and steadily companies like MRF, CEAT and JK tyres would step in to make better rated tyres with grippy compound and also for masses who need tyres that wear out slowly.

Thank you for your comment and for highlighting the need for more companies to offer high-quality tires in the Indian market. It's important for consumers to have options and for companies to keep innovating and improving their products.

I couldn't agree more on the design part. I thought I was the only one who cared about how neat the tread patterns looked on a tire. (I won't disclose out loud on how the way a tread pattern looks is a concern for me) Since we can't really unleash the power of these bike and 90% of the time these are used for those calming city rides. For me a good looking tyre is more important then the performance since I'm not a person who rides superbikes who rides these machines for speed thrills.

Excellent video I'm hoping these tyres turn out as good even in real world riding conditions Then it might have takers or they may end up like vredestein tyres, bcoz they are all show no go, I was forced to get back on Pirelli tyres, one life stay safe

Steel belt tyres are not good for Indian ineven pot hole ridden roads. After 2 punctures they will start loosing air rapidly and every alternate day you will need to check air pressure, they also tend to loose shape and feel wobbly. Imagine 2 holes in between a steel mesh 😊 you loose the smoothness in the circular feel on rotation. BEST tyre to buy is Nylon made as they tend to flex but regain their circular feel !
