TW200 | TWO MUST HAVE MODS WORTH THE MONEY

After 4 years of owning the TW200 there are TWO mods that I highly recommend over any others that I have bought and installed on my TW200's.
The first mod is the a set of wrap around hand guards. I have the Tusk D-flex guards on all three of my TW200's and they have saved my handlebars and levers more times than I can count. If you want them for your TW200 here is the link: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/pa...
The second upgrade I would recommend is the Cycleracks Rear Rack. This rack is not only a great upgrade for the TW200 and increasing the carrying capacity, but it also helps with passengers and also provides excellent crash protection for the TW200 as well. I have the Cycleracks rear rack on two of my TW200's and they have saved the back end of the TW200! I highly recommend it. It is easy to install and well worth the money. Handgaurds are a necessity on the tw. If you have a tw or any enduro your going to be goofing around. I literally dropped my tw off a log in my latest video riding in the woods. If it wasn't for my full wrap around handgaurds I'd be buying a new front lever. Plus they look bad ass

Hi Matt. In Wisconsin, your HD would get a ticket because you have a fender on it . Are they not required by you ? Or are the cops far and few by you?

Hey Michael! Well, it would have a fender on it, but a friend of mine did a wheelie on his TW and landed right on my fender while we were at church one Sunday. It has yet to be fixed........

Just got an 09 Tw200 with 525 miles. Does anyone make rear signals that don’t stick out so far? I just bought the handlebar guards you mentioned. What other immediate upgrades are typical with these bikes?

I would recommend an integrated tail light. As in the tail light has the turn signals built into it so you can remove the factory rear turn lights completely. Removing turn signals means less things to break. But also the integrated tail lights I’ve seen are all LED which updates the look of the bike in my opinion.

The only downside to that is visibility. I do think the signals farther out help with that a bit.
