Great video! I just replaced aall 4 speakers on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe! I did not have to remove the 3 10 mm screws! I just came around the speaker with a thin flat head screwdriver !

That truck is sweet. I ended up not wanting to drill my door, so what I ended up doing is using the door panel and drilling it there. It’s held up surprising well. Center console has its ups and downs but worth it. Honestly did that on my extended cab, had to get the glove box and bottom steering wheel cover (the one that goes above the brakes don’t know the name for it) and it was an easy swap.

TWA Motorsports not really. I used quick connects and made the speaker wire a bit longer for that reason. Aside from that I like it.

Right after exterior, sound is my next favorite thing to do. Memphis isn’t bad at all, those coax will get the job done. Just an update if you notice, but my Yukon was dropped for paint yesterday I’m stoked. They’re blocking the whole thing down and welding the roof rack hole’s up. It’s going to be sweet.

Ok Travis hope all is well. Here are the upgrades on my 2012 CTS V 418 STROKER with forged internationals Manley crank and rods an piston heads oil pump upgraded V2R stage 2 CAM 3 Bolt timing gear New timing chain new push rods Valve covers ported heads ported the Super Charger ported Throttles Body Ported 1050X injectors E85 sensor and a few others but i was wrong this thing it has something like 800hp to the crank and about 700 WHP the bill was crazy the car is super fast. The look on my wife face when the credit card bill came in NOT PRICELESS

I want to buy the adapter to just snap it in without soldering etc also you said that there is a bucket (speaker holder) so you can install like the factory did with drilling into door. i love my 2000 Silverado ~ Got to be the best pickup EVER ~ i'am stereo guy! My music got to be banging heavy bass and sounding sweet ~ Since i will have it apart. i will run some more speaker wire for woofers! If i need to. Only place for them bad boys are under the seat! I hate to put them under the seat cause the dirt and things fall into them rattling ~ ITS THE ONLY PLACE TO PUT EM or? Some serious cutting and installing to the door covers ~ I don't want to do that

New factory replacements would fit like the old factory ones.. the question is "are the replacement gm or acdelco as good as after market speakers" I know that some of the gm speakers are pretty good.

The stock replacement speakers I purchased for my 2003 Silverado are made by Bose. It has GM on the speaker but it says it's made by Bose. So they are as good or better than any of the aftermarket replacement speakers.

he hee probably as bad as mine I got My speaker kit in today. I got the factory speaker from Walmart > Factory Speaker Upgrade Harmony R65 R46 New it was 83 dollars with taxes and free shipping. I got a bunch of never used big woofer. only place to put them in under the seats The factory speakers was AWESOME. i hope these are just as good if not even better what i'am hoping any way

@@TWAMotorsports I'am like every one else who had to install these speakers. I had to drill holes for each speaker, ONLY THING THAT HELPED was the wiring connectors harness ! They clip right on the factory clips to the pickup speaker wires and to the speakers THAT WAS THE ONLY LIFE SAVER! I found if your will take the speaker covers out by bending them straight out. there clip is made from the speaker cover. You can just take off the speaker cover from now on. with out taking off the side panels Use a light coat of silicone them back in. The sound is not a QUANLITY sound. More of a cheap speaker sound. But it is what it is. And they work with out cracking and buzzing he hee
