I think Capaldi’s costumes work really well to mirror 12’s character development. Going from severe to more relaxed. Also it’s really sweet Peter purposefully wanted his costumes to be easy for kids without much money to be able to dress his Doctor. I really miss Capaldi’s Doctor. I’d sell my soul to see him play the Doctor again!

I personally love 12's style particularly the early looks. They are a very distinctive Doctor look but are the sort of thing you could wear without appearing like Cosplay. Also from what I can gather from photos of Capaldi not in costume it seems to reflect his personal style which I love
