I had always told people that weren't privy to the legends that they were like Messhugah and Faith No More had a love child. But S.C.I.E.N.C.E. Incubus was the missing ingredient. Thanks for that comment and I am totally stealing it......with all credit to you, of course!

I'd definitely add Mr Bungle to the mix and I'd say a lot more than a dash of Faith No More with songs like Oxygen. Incubus is heavily influenced by FNM also but i know what you mean.

One thing why I really love this band is they have this very unique style.. it's something special. I used to listen a lot of metalcore but just tired of that stuff now.. Seeing dozens of new upcoming core bands every week and most of them has that same generic sound..

Fused with Retro, It can't get any better. They never folded and now it's going to pay off if they keep going this direction. TFN is on 🔥 No other bands have the balls to truly be themselves nowdays. It's refreshing and what the industry needs. Keep going lads!

I found this band 5-6 years ago when you KZbin algorithm put the video for One Hand Killing in my feed. The internet sucks for alot of reason, almost daily, but the program that brought me 13 Foot Ninja should get a goddamn standing ovation. Absolutely LOVE everythinh these guys do and was crushed when I heard Kin was leaving. Here's to hoping they somehow work it out and can get busy again some day. Cheers fellas

@@8arzum Maybe now, but he seemed like he was highly influenced by Mike Patton. He not only naturally has a similar timbre, his style is very reminiscent of him as well. Maybe it's all just a coincidence, but Patton was doing this stuff decades before TFN was on the radar. To me, they are the modern day version of FNM.

saw TFN for the first time in 2016 Louder Than Life Festival! They were the first band on the first day. They got everyones attention within the first 10 seconds. My wife and I looked at each other and said "thats gonna be a hard act to follow". Never heard of them before, became a fan, instantly. They sound so good live!

In a world of whiny vocals and boring riffs 12 foot ninja always amazes me. The guitar and bass work always on point and never get dull at any moment. The drums are killer peopme really sleeping on the fact that shane is one of the best and tastiest drummers in a metal band and the vocals are so refreshing, a deep voice but an inpressive range and ability to sing multiple styles
