I was in that area in January 2022. I traspass most of the village. That area has natural rivers that flow through out the season. The sand is massive and potential for irrigation

I'm happy to learn you heard my request to join Ura gate ' Maternity ya Elephant's ' It's time now the National and County governments took initiatives to grow these places. Upper Tharaka Nithi where I come from has so many areas to visit and unexplored, nowhere on Google or written material. Look for a book written by Kitheka Wa Mberia 'From Homeguard to MauMau'. The story which I normally presume to be very true since my grandfather used to tell me stories never documented anywhere starts in my village.
