As someone who struggles with heavy depression and is in a committed relationship I constantly find myself struggling to figure out whether I should let my partner know that I’m struggling with intrusive thoughts, as it feels I’d be putting a lot on her plate that she doesn’t really need. Yet every time she comes to me and helps me get back up. There’s no way of knowing if that’s what this song is about but from listening to this video on repeat all afternoon it’s what I gathered. And I’m very thankful to now have a song that can help me express this fear of mine. stay alive everyone :)
