I’m in continual awe of Tyler Joseph. That man got an extra heaping of talent on the day they passed out gifts. To sing, rap, scream…write lyrics, produce, play multiple instruments, etc. Such a focused individual. And you just know he doesn’t relinquish any control over the creation of his shows ether. He orchestrates everything. Their fans are so hardcore because these guys are so hardworking and genuine. Would love to see more reactions. I just saw my 6th show of theirs. Best concerts in the biz.

There are only two of them - they're a very unique duo Tyler does sing, rap, scream - plays keyboard, piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, etc - all self taught - it allows them to mix a lot of different genres They have a very unique relationship with their extremely loyal fanbase - there is a mutual respect that doesn't exist with most artists, celebrities, etc - a lot of their videos include the fans - their shows are all centered around the fans All their performances at Fox Theater are amazing - my two favs below Holding On To You Trees

Yes. I would add Heavydirtysoul at Fox theater too for audience participation.

Although before their latest album, Tyler didn't know how to play guitar. He taught himself over lockdown.

He never loses us during the show. We know these songs by absolute heart and they mean a lot to the skeleton clique. This song has helped keep us alive. He involves the crowds of every show and has parts where it's just us singing. The raw emotion in the song is because it's a prayer to God.

Yes these two are phenomenal at EVERYTHING they do absolutely everything. Tyler Joseph the singer rapper songwriter he does everything he creates the beats plays piano keyboard synthesizer drums bass guitar ukulele accordion and other percussion instruments and also produces all of their music as well. You should check out Tyler Joseph a storyteller performance live from Brooklyn and just a few months ago they did MTV Unplugged where they built out all the background tracks live (Tyler does the same thing on the Storyteller performance live from Brooklyn as well). These guys are genius. Subscribed for more Twenty one pilots reactions. I just saw them live for the fourth time on the 9th and I've been to literally hundreds of shows they're easily the best live I've ever experienced like ever!

I laughed at "I wasn't expecting that at all". If you do tøp reactions get used to that. 😂 The piano shell is also a prop to stand on/jump from, as well as decoration. We always sing along. To everything, really. Not that other concerts aren't, but a tøp concert is very much an immersive experience.

Hi I’m new here but I was searching for twenty one pilots reactions ( I do this daily ) so here I am! Fox theater is in California and they have several songs from there that are very good. Trees, holding onto you, ride all comes to mind right off. I’ve seen twenty one pilots twice so far and they are the best band I’ve ever seen live. The crowd literally sings every song ❤ I also recommend ode to sleep official video, it took them 3 years to make that video but it really shows their growth in those 3 years. .. I could make a long list but that’s a great start if you check out more. . Really enjoyed your reaction, subscribing for more TØP 🥰

loves hearing your thoughts and explanations about the production about this performance. really enjoy these guys and the way this song builds and changes from sounding slightly ethereal to the desperate screams at the end always gives me goosebumps. Tyler, the singer, has a lot of range in his voice. hope you check out more of their music!

@howardsugden58972 жыл бұрын
Oh boy.. a new reactor 😂. All I can say is read the comments and listen to them. I’m a 48 year old male who just saw these guys for the 5th with my daughter in Anaheim. Straight up just good music. No sex, no drugs, no “bitches” no hoes, just songs with actual purpose and meaning. Lyrics are important and everyone here will tell you what they mean if u don’t quite understand them. Anyway, enjoy the “ride”. A song of theirs you have probably heard. God bless

yo idk if you'll ever see this, but hearing that you love this singing screaming dynamic, wide vocal ranges, and great mix of head and chest voice, falsetto, etc, makes me think that you would LOVE Nothing But Thieves, for the screaming try Ce n'est Rien, and other than that Itch, Impossible, If I Get High, Pure You, and feel free to dive even deeper into their discography

The capsule tyler uses is the KSM9. I believe they did a video with shure about the capsule and why he chose to use the KSM9.

Oh dope! Every super star has one of these lol like SM58s on steroids. That makes 4 artists I follow that use these ima see if I can get one for a demo lol
@bswinn972 жыл бұрын
@@Beldvlmnt Yeah they’re super popular mics. The KSM8 would be more comparable to an SM58 on steroids, meanwhile the KSM9 is more similar to the beta 87 since they’re both condenser mics. Both extremely detailed, but the KSM9 I believe has a more smooth frequency response. Definitely helps with the mid frequencies, especially when you’re trying to get good body out of a vocal.

Great reaction! I agree with the other commenters that I hope you continue the TØP journey. You won’t be disappointed. And you will see that a lot of us love watching reactors exploring their music. Their live performances are electric. The crowd participation and connection is incredible, especially with just the two of them. That’s largely because they were committed to building their fan base through their live concerts. And Tyler (the lead singer and creative mastermind) has maintained almost complete control, even after all these years. He often writes the music thinking about how it will fit within their live shows. And Josh’s energy on stage is so much fun to watch! He has worked closely with SJC on his drum kits. Other live recordings from the Fox Theater are fantastic, especially “Holding Onto You” and “Trees,” which they use to close every concert. But they also put a lot into the way they artistically represent their music. Some of their videos are fun and quirky, others are highly cinematic and give you an opportunity to dive deep into a rabbit hole of their “lore.” 🕳 🐇 The songs that you have likely heard: Stressed Out, Ride, and Heathens Songs I would recommend to begin your TØP journey (you will quickly see they don’t really have a genre): - Lane Boy - Car Radio - Migraine - Holding Onto You (either Live from Fox or the official video version - or both) - Ode to Sleep - Fairly Local - Chlorine - Heavydirtysoul And when you are ready to dig deeper into their lore, the Trench Trilogy (Jumpsuit / Nico and the Niners / Levitate in that order) picks up where Heavydirtysoul left off. It’s so cinematic. And there are more that we can recommend that go with the narrative😼 Tyler also often reconstructs and deconstructs many of the songs, which showcases his creativity and talent. For instance, you should compare the original video version of “The Hype” to “The Hype Berlin Session,” which he did in one day when they were in Berlin headlining Lollapalooza Berlin - I think you would enjoy it, especially since it gives a behind-the-scenes vlog view into his process. You could do an entire journey of just their session videos (Brooklyn Sessions, TOPxMM MUTEMATH sessions, etc) but you should check out the original versions first. Although “Neon Gravestones” from the BBC Radio 1 is so powerful. Tyler deals with some pretty serious topics in his lyrics, but does it in a way that really pulls you in. I hope you continue the TØP journey!

They are a phenomenal band. I've only seen them live 4 times but my daughter and I go whenever they are around. Dive deep into their music and the clique (their fanbase) will subscribe for it all!! Next react to their song ode to sleep. It's like a documentary about the band along with a great song. Then I would recommend Lane boy and car radio!!!
