In this review, I'm going to take a look at a beer from the Central Waters Brewing Company (‪@centralwatersbrewingcompan5477‬), and it's their Twenty Six (XXVI). This is an Imperial Stout that is aged in bourbon barrels for two years. Admittedly, I've dropped the ball reviewing Central Waters' beer on the channel -- especially their barrel-aged offerings -- so I'm happy that I'm not only reviewing this beer, but it also sounds like an absolute monster. It was brewed in celebration of the brewery's 26th anniversary, and I'm thinking this one will be special, so let's see if it is!
