You were right on point on your intro video! Those of us who have started down the path of Sikhi but are not Punjabi had almost no resources...but with this channel...things have changed! Question though. Why do you refer to Guru Nanak as "they" rather than "he"?

Sir, how do u know all events details in depth about Guru Nanak's life from child hood to jyoti jyote...? Who noted down what Guru g used to say during his childhood time? And then if someone did, how it transferred in many generations. Plz chananna pao. I am keen to understand know more.

amandeep singh after Guru Nanak Dev ji left their body, Guru Angad ji wanted to know everything and note it down precisely. Guru Angad Dev ji called Bhai Bala ji (companion of Guru Nanak) and asked them each and every thing. It has been preserved by Sikh from then on along with Gurbani of Guru Nanak Dev ji.

Was Guru Nanak perfect his entire life or only after his experience with Vaheguru? Sorry if I have made mistakes, I'm still learning.

+Travis Condy Our belief is that he was perfect from the beginning as he was sent down to start Sikhi. Obviously Guru Nanak Dev Ji only started spreading Sikhi after he was 27 and had that experience.

When at the age of 7 they say that why can’t my elder sister have the sacred thread to become religious, I am convinced he was perfect from the very beginning. Also how Guru Nanak dev ji’s teachers said ti their father, he knows more than me I don’t know what to teach him.

I have'nt watched these videos from the course yet but i definately will after watching char sahibzaade. But theres one thing i dont understand. To be a good sikh why must you grow your hair and beard. As i think there are many who have grown there hair but drink alchohol and eat meat and dont pray. Its just something that confused me if you could awnser this that would be great.

i would give example of someone starting to go gym.. now the goal is to get a good body so they should work out and diet.. now they may only workout but maybe not do the diet therefore they are not following the plan right? but they are still TRYING. so someone keeping hair but still drinking its possible they are trying to keep their sikhi but just not "dieting" yet

Hello, I was wondering if you could explain the 4 yugs in a little more detail please. I'm a bit confused because they have been referred to as the 4 joths by my teacher, but all the sources say they are 'yugs'. please shed some light! thank you

4yugas is a cycle of ages of time which repeats itself again and again ,1st yuga is satyuga means age of truth in it every person is truthful and every persons have crystal clear minds etc.after that in other ages sin starts to increase and in kaliyuga which is current age sin is more than goodness that is y kaliyuga is called the age of darkness,now if u want to learn more about these 4yugas u can find it on google.and its a Hindu philosophy of 4 yuga not Sikhs.
