Please can you redo this lesson and make it slower? Such a good lesson though but toooo fast!
@learnakan5 жыл бұрын
Yes, this is one of the videos on the "old videos" playlist. I've since been breaking them down into slower, separate videos. More such breakdowns to come. Medaase

i cnt see the words too small
@TheCherryBombs3216 жыл бұрын
This is a great resource but I would say, when the sentence is long please say what each word means or what its referring to or else it is hard to pick up. Also I would say if you could pronounce the sentences slower as we are learners. Besides that, this is very helpful, thank you very much.

TheCherryBombs321 thank you for being here, and your suggestions. Your concerns are very legitimate. As you may have seen on this and other videos' thumbnail, they are videos from our old channel. We have for a while now tried to slow things down a bit in our new "Twi Expressions Series". Please check the videos in that playlist and let us know what you think. Thank you.

You talk too fast when saying "I am glad to have met you." I have replayed the video several times but I am still not sure I am saying the right thing.

@@learnakan I actually think you cover the right amount of grammar. Barrington-Smith has a point in that those who just want to know a few phrases don't need detailed grammatical instruction. However, serious adult learners aiming for proficiency need to understand grammar and syntax so they don't just parrot phrases without truly internalising and understanding the structures of Twi; in the long-run, avoidance of grammar when studying any second language makes fluency and originality of expression almost impossible. It is no coincidence that most people in my country (UK) have both very poor understanding of grammar and very poor foreign language skills. Keep up the good work; you strike a great balance between theory and functionality and I think your channel is wonderful as it is.

AJ enterprises That's very true. The pace has been slowed down in the new channel's videos. Please let me know if those need further slowing. Thanks
