Twice-extrusion Rice Powder Drinking Straw Processing Line

Last week, our engineer Mr. Wang provided on-site service for our Malaysian client for his twice-extrusion rice powder drinking straw processing line. This video shows this processing line working.
This production line mainly consists of the extrusion system, cooling system, cutting system, and drying system. The extrusion system is made up of 2 extruders. One is a twin-screw extruder, and the other one is a single-screw extruder. The materials are extruded 2 times. The first-time extrusion is made by the twin-screw extruder, and the second-time extrusion is made by the single-screw extruder. Adopt double-extrusion can improve the extrusion effect, and increase production capacity. The rice powder drinking straw made by double-extrusion technology is straighter, and the soaking time is longer.
