Yes its better with the hurdles though that way you have something to measure how high you are jumping.

I have a structured training system that I use to incorporate all of the workouts in a structured way.

Well, how one uses cones or hurdles, how all they are, how hey are spaced has a tremendous impact on the potential results. I have found when training athletes like Damian Lillard and Jabari Brown of Missouri and Langston Morris Walker of Oregon State that having a hurdle or a cone to jump over makes all the difference in he world. I get a better training response using the right kind of object to jump over.

hi.. your vids are great .. i only have one peticion, i mean these are obviously good workouts but could you show more vids of workouts without any equipment.. i know i can do this without the hurdles but if you could like make more and more workout videos without any equipment.. that would;ve be great ! .. thanks man you are really help me out !

Yes, but you need to be careful when loading that much weight on your body. It's a building process where you start from square 1 and build your way from there...The TTS System is dedicated to this theory!
