for all of you curious how that happened, in the speedrun they throw away a gun on purpose, they do this when a melee weapon breaks joel throws it away but when you time equipping your gun the same frame joel would throw away the broken melee weapon, joel throws the again away instead.

Yeah in Ellie’s section, saw that used a lpt in speedruns. The high school bloater can be killed pretty easy too. When you’re slamming an infecteds head onto something, there’s a chance the bloater replaces the runner if it gets too close

That's only in the remake, the original and the remastered, which is the one she's playing, requires you to get the code to open the safe, as you don't do the thing of unlocking it manually like in the remake, so it's impossible to open the safes without the codes in this version.

Well, you kinda have it bass akwards, when he's hanging in the trap he uses his revolver, he starts with a semi auto pistol, in the original it looks like a commander sized Colt 1911, but in the remaster it's a Browning Hi-Power but either way both are not a revolver, the revolver he uses is a Taurus model 66, the way you can tell is the cylinder (round spinny thing) in the center of the gun spins or revolves that way the firearm can hold more ammunition without having more barrels, it's how they came to be back in the days of black powder muzzleloading firearms
