I see a lot of builders offer special interest rates to purchase one of their homes. What do you think about that

We’re definitely seeing builders offer incentives and there are scenarios where we can get sellers of a home to contribute to an interest rate “buy down,” which is fundamentally the same thing. The question is always if that buy down is worth it in the long run. Will a buyer sell or refinance before they save how much it costs to buy down.
