Love the time of this one it’s really pretty to wear and or gift to someone. I just don’t like the stitch at the bottom of my foot so I did this same pattern style but rather with full bottom then stitch on the top and it’s smooth and comfy. Thanks for the cute idea.

I was making these as a gift for a friend for Christmas but I made them a size too big. Do you have any suggestions on how to add a rope with tassels or whatever so they will stay on her feet anyways? I havent a clue how with the tongue there.🤷🏼

I have used puffy paint on a few and it does help. I put on slipper , walk and the decide where to place the paint . I put enough paint to form about nickel size. Two on front, one in center and two in back. (Note: I spread my paint so I will not feel a bump as I walk) hope this helps. 💕💃🏻

Any tips if your gauge is so off it's ridiculous? I went down to a 4.5mm and I'm still getting 3sc and 3 rows per inch. I don't think there's a hook I can use that would make it small enough. I feel like I've gone insane because I do not crochet that loose. It's very discouraging because it feels like a measurement error, but it's not. It's like numbers are meaningless but only for my gauge swatch!

The skippers are nice however, I made them and the toe is too bulky and fit very uncomfortable on the toes. It would be wonderful if you could find a different way to finish off the toe .

See the toe flat instead of the drawstring method. Your toe will just be squared. To fix the square toe, turn it inside out and sew the corners down. I hope that made sense
