What a great job on the rebuild. Watching this video I found out you are human after all, admitting that even you with your skill level that sometimes things can frustrate you; broken screws, threads etc… I admire the confession as you could have easily skipped past that part. Also nice that you have explained the costs and savings by having a go yourself. Hopefully I will see you and Mark on Sunday.

Remember the first time stripping an HS4 and the jet orifice was egg-shaped duento needle contact and so started a learning curve. Ace carbs! Nice job mate! 👌🏻

When centring the jets it is best to remove the dashpot damper and push the piston down with a pencil. That way you know that the piston and needle are fully home in the jet, and the jet will be centred when the lock nut is tightened.

Apart from being a bit of a sod to rebuild and fit it's been well worth it.
