Yesssss! I‘ve been looking for another Xtreme to start a build on. I miss my Blazer so much. This (super slow) build series is one I’ve been anticipating since I first came across it some months ago.

I’ve never done a build before but knowing how to build something that is going to work and last and not fall apart is mind boggling to me! Keep up these great videos! I’m so happy to see you guys living the American dream!

DAMMNIT!!! Y’all are making me miss my LS swapped ‘93 4-door blazer! Built 700r4, 2800 stall converter, 3.73 rear gears. It was a rocket, and the boys loved it! But the guts are in my 71 Nova now!😢🤷🏻♂️👍🏻

Nice video. I did lots of 5 sec fast forwarding in the beginning because I just wanted to get to the meat and potatoes, but loved the fact that you told us newbies about your welder settings in the end. I cant wait to start on mine!

The leggo header kit is a why didn't I think of that type of thing. Definitely makes it seem less intimidating to build a header
@tuloko162 жыл бұрын
That stuff has been out for a long time now. Actually, some header builders will send you that kit, you build the header with the plastic pieces. Then send it back to them and they will build the header for you. I’m cheap, i 3d printed my header mocking kit.

What about purging the tubes with argon so you don't have "sugar" hanging on the inside, I'm assuming its stainless?

Next time you go to Florida might try to take the Bald Regal to the body shop in Tennessee that Jeremy from @Fasterproms took uncle Sam to.
@kevinrost60953 жыл бұрын
Why did you cut the straight off of that bend just to make it straight again with 2 pieces?

Looks like you're welding the header solid but the # 7 tube looks like it wraps around the steering shaft. Are my eyes deceiving me? Do you disconnect the steering shaft to remove the header?
@slows1023 жыл бұрын
What upper control arms and steering box are you running on that?

You built el Toro in 8 days. I’m pretty sure swapping walle with a voodoo or coyote can be done before race week. Cleetus just got himself a marauder that’s stock and Jeremy and George have their turboed crown Vic, and ms. Emelia got herself a daily crown Vic that won’t be a daily by weeks end. So it’s the KZbin cool thing to do this week. Get a panther platform and mod it

@troymotter74223 жыл бұрын
I dont build headers but dont you want the tubes equal lengths or at least close ?
@MotionRaceworksOfficial3 жыл бұрын
It really doesn’t much matter in a turbo application
@julioshaheen83863 жыл бұрын
On a turbo Pulse band width is not relevant meaning equal length is not needed.
