Twin Turbo LV3 swapped Porsche Cayman | Interview with the owner | Blacklist Builds Episode 1

We're excited to finally bring you an interview with the owner/builder of this wild Twin turbo LV3 swapped Porsche Cayman!
This is also the first installment of a new series "Blacklist builds", that we will be continuing here on the channel. Our goal with this series is to get an in depth look at what all went into some of what we consider to be the coolest builds around.
We had a great time filming with Chris, and he put a lot of heart into this build. So we got him to tell us start to finish, what all it took to see this build through.
Plenty of problems need solving when you delve into uncharted territory of motor swaps. Including custom fabrication with cad design, wiring harnesses from scratch, and the list goes on..
We showcase all of these steps in this video, along with pictures and videos Chris took along the way through-out the entire process.

Not only did we get to spend the day with a gnarly Cayman beating up on a Lambo out in the wild as well as a few BMW M cars that wanted the smoke, but we also got to take a look behind the scenes at Chris' family's Winery.
The Buckingham Valley Vineyards & Winery is a scenic breath of fresh air outside of the greater Philadelphia area. It's very relaxing around the property, and pair that with a few glasses wine from the vinyard made us almost not even complete the showcase filming haha

Wow! Killer build and is exactly what I had thought about doing. Always figured I'd call it a Porschevy. Wish Chris had V-logged the build process as it would have been a great tutorial for others considering doing the same.

It's def an awesome mashup, and Chris executed every aspect so well. We agree a vlog of the build process would have been cool, which was sort of the motivation in originally reaching out to Chris to film with him. We just thought this was such a great idea brought to life that it had to be shared

Hey, thanks for the feedback! This was filmed late 2022 and we've come a long way in that year's time span. We agree there are def some shots we could have shot better, but there are also some beautiful shots from that day in our opinion as well 😀 You live and learn, right? Anyway, Chris' car does sound amazing and we're looking forward to next time we shoot with him to get some more up to date footage and audio of the car! You should check out some of our newer videos for more questionable camera settings! 🤭

Does this have the DI deleted?

Yes, it is port injection.

@inaNis_ you can get to about 600hp with lt4 injectors and a pump. Next step up from that is about $4000 for injectors. This car ended up making 750 whp on pump gas.

@inaNis_ doesn't really make sense. By the time you go through all of that you might as well have done standalone. Cost will end up being less and way less complicated.
