Hunters must only use the natural powers of the vehicle they are driving, meaning no machine guns, drive by weaponry, or any weaponized component of their vehicle (subject to change).
Runner must repair at every Los Santos Customs Shop and apply 1 upgrade if they want.
We'll think of more but thats about it.

So you should do a video of some Taser Tag. If you go to the Merriweather docks, if you are facing the gate entrance in standing out front of the building go to your right to the side of the building there is a small doorway with a room you can access with wooden walls up inside of it. Can only use the Taser and first one to win like 3 rounds wins. Don't know how many hits it takes to die from a taser though

I don't think it's really for content. it's just that watching a car trying to get out for 20 minutes isn't fun for them either. the whole point of pinning the runner is to get them more stressed out because of time restraints, so no point in sitting there for the whole hour.
