The more you listen to Twinkie you can hear how much Karen listened to and admired her big sister Twinkie. From the growls and squalls down to the high notes. TWINKIE IS THE GOAT 🐐

Karen also learn how to sing high notes because of the niecey too I'm looking at this performance this sums up with Karen said in the interviews that Denise can slay that soprano is fair to say she learn from both Twinkie and Denise

Wow this was recorded 2 years before I was born. I’ll be 40 next month. I thank God I was born into a family who raised me with the fear of the Lord and listening to gospel music especially the Clark Sisters ❤

I’m not saying this because it’s Twinkie and we love her…but the moment she began singing, you can feel the anointing taking over. Twinkie literally dedicated her life to the Lord, the church, her mom and the sisters. She literally had no time for herself. So now i understand when she said “I wonder sometimes, is my playing the organ in vain” because at some point in her life, her heart wasn’t really in it. but I’m so glad she remained faithful TO GOD. her music has blessed us tremendously and I would love to see a biopic of her and the things she’s endured.

Twinky is so anointed and talented. Denise has an awesome voice. Her presence is definitely missed in the Clark Sisters sound. Having said that, I still love me some Clark Sisters. They were/are a very anointed, talented and blessed group of sisters. God bless them and keep them and if it be God's will, re-unite them, I pray. Love me some Clark Sisters.

I like how Denise jumps around the keys vocally ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 It’s common in jazz and blues @18:18 she begins fluctuating notes “Just receive your miracle” was a buildup 🆙// “Only-with-the POWWWWWER” was a run down, almost identical to the building up! Talented group of ladies they are!

I wish every singer would study Twinkie to see and learn the difference in singing from a gift and ministering from the anointing. There's a big difference, especially when you desire to be effective; you should choose the latter. One of the main things I love about Twinkie is how she allows a song to breathe in order for that song to minister and breathe life into the hearer. This is such a lost art because so many singers are so focused on trying to move the audience emotionally that they forget that the power and effectiveness is to move the listener spiritually. When ministering in song, if you move the listener in emotions, then they may be convicted and change their mind. But when ministering in song, if you move the listener spiritually, then you will convict them to change not only their mind but also their heart, and from that anointing is what destroys strongholds and yokes. SN: I wish she would consider doing workshops like back in the day and teach us how to minister in song and in music. One example she taught us musicians is that the praise is not led by the musicians but by the people, and that's why you must be sensitive in the spirit. Many of today's musicians drive the praise versus the people, and this is why there's not a lot of deliverance in praise and worship like it was back in the day. I can remember many Sunday's that the pastor couldn't preach because of the effectiveness of the praise and worship. I remember when they had to carry people to their cars because they were so drunk in the spirit from praise and worship alone. I've seen literal Glory clouds with smoke rising from the floor no smoke machines but just the Kavod manifested Glory of God. Lord ENDOW us again with the power of the Holy Ghost. 🙏🏿😭 ***Written In Respect*** #MyFavTwinkie

@princechristophermcmillon756214 күн бұрын
@@lexgraham2118 I understand what you're trying to say, but she can be studied because I've studied her. I play the organ just like her, and it's crazy because people always say, "You sound just like Twinkie Clark." However, I had a bit of a cheat code. I remember one day, while on the phone with her, I asked if the next time I came to Detroit, she could lay hands on me and impart what she had. I'm telling you, the anointing is transferable. I recall her telling me that I was about to go through some tests, and when I say I went through pure hell for about two years, I mean it. But I promise you, I could tell the difference in my playing. At times, I would have out-of-body experiences because the Spirit of God was so heavy that it felt like an unseen force was playing through me. I know it may sound crazy, but when I asked her if that had ever happened to her, she told me yes, all the time. It blew my mind. But you are correct about her.
