This looks like the 7.5 foot tree. So I'm guessing you have both a 7 foot and a 9 foot?

So questions, -did both come from home Depot? -are both 9ft tall or one is 7.5? -do both have 600 bulbs? -were both pre-lit or did you have to put the lights on yourself? -if they are pre lit are you able to move and adjust the lights or are they stationary on the branches? Hello! Recently bought this tree. We keep having an issue where half the lights are out. Can't figure out how to get them back on. Any tips?

Sorry I haven’t had any issues. I would reach out to Twinkly. I know when I connect the tree at the stem that’s the contact points. Not sure if that’s your issue but definitely reach out to Twinkly

@@Svenddiesel after rewatching your vids I realized it was in the custom setting I didn't have the right # of lights selected. I had thought it was connection too and was messing with that the whole time. Merry Christmas!
