I’m working with beta4 version before the limited preview version, that no have limitations

may I ask how long did it take to render one scene and what is your pc ?

Rtx3070 i7 32 giga. Rendering is about 10-15 times faster than path tracer. About 2-3 minutes per scene (optimized scene with some lowply mesh and textures 1024x1024)

If you go to 1:50 it will show the times. For a 21 second video, PT took 3.5 hrs to render, while Lumen spat it out in under 15 minutes.

Hi, why I cant download preview version 2023.2? Only thing that i can download is community edition with 2K export limitations

It’s a preview version for massive community testing. Just community version with some limitations are available

i think pathtraser looks way better. the floor is so realistic. the tiles are reflecting better

This will always be the case. The pathtracer works like real light behind the scenes, whereas Lumen is an approximation of how real light would look. Nonetheless Lumen is still incredible technology for real-time experiences
