So to answer everyone’s question, YES YOU CAN STREAM MUSIC AFTER YOU PAIR IT. You have to tap the “Disc Aux” button twice on the stereo, and the screen will display “bt”. Then you can stream.

You need to install the telematics module from another car. I got mine at the junkyard for $5. I am still working out the other wiring that is needed to get things working. Once all that is in, you either need to take it to someone who has the software to add the module to the cars programming, or like I did and get the appCar software and add the module yourself.

You might have to do voice training first. That was my problem until I did that. If I remember right, you can hold down on the button with a person's mouth on it ... that will force it to voice train.

But when on a call, I can hear my navigation or music on the background but goes away as soon as I hang up. I got it to work once where it displayed my phone's name on the radio but can't do it again.

I get the same message as many pthers here have, about U Connect not being equipped, even though it has all the same buttons as the setup in the vid. Going by the lack of responses to comments, whoever made the vid, doesn't seem too interested in responding to inquiries. If that's how he gonna be, he shouldn't have posted it in the first place.

+Phillip Gray You are getting that message because the system is not equipped with a Bluetooth module and that buttons are there so one has the option of adding the module later on in the vehicles life if they choose to. You would have to contact a local dealer to have the module installed.

If your radio is telling you that your radio does not have uconnect then it doesn't have the uconnect option therefore you cannot connect your phone. Jarid is no longer with our organization and I just saw this post
