@BanksEntertainment I place the camera in a certain spot and record the rhythm parts for example in one or more takes. Then I reposition the camera and record the bass tracks and so on until I have all the parts I need. I usually do two or three takes before I'm totally satisfied with the result.

@Skogsmullen44 The SG has the standard 490R/T humbuckers. The Ibanez is equipped with a stock V7-7 in the neck position and a DiMarzio Evolution 7 in the bridge position.

@BillyTheMusicGuy I can just drag and drop them into GarageBand and it automatically makes separate tracks for all the instruments and changes the tempo to the correct speed. You can also open midis with Quicktime and Media Player, but you won't be able to edit them or even see what is being played.

@Zealnor The bass is actually pretty loud but I always mix it in with the guitars to create a big rhythm sound. If it wasn't there you would notice it right away ;)

@kellous35 Wow, thanks a lot man! It doesn't take me as long to figure out songs as it used to. I think I generally come up with the rhythm guitar parts in 15 minutes to half an hour or so. The drums can take several hours to complete, depending on how much inspiration I have at that moment. It also takes quite long because I make the arrangement while programming drums.
