I've always found ocean surf and beaches to be one of the most relaxing places to be to just unwind. The sound of breaking surf does it for me. I appreciate, as stated before, the thought processes you use like doing multiple crops, in processing the shots. It helps me think outside the proverbial box. Love the shots and video!

That sequence at the end of the video (20:20) is stunning. Thank you.

Yes, I do occasionally make multiple crops of the same image and then save them as ab or c. I think the image that you made the Secret Garden comment on is my favorite out of today's video.

"I can't emphasize how lazy I am." This is the story of my photography career lol Great video Brent! I'm gonna have to take a drive up the coast soon.

Yes, I often crop a shot that I have already finished editing if the crop gives the frame a different impact.

My personal experience: I have an Ultrawide monitor at home and at work (21:9 aspect ratio) and I found that I really like this wider aspect ratio for a lot of my photos too, I'm even printing a few pictures on a 2:1 aspect ratio and I think they look great.

For your knees, look into getting an indoor bike. Low impact to knee, but will strengthen supporting muscles and ligaments. Make sure you pedal with at least a 90 degree bend. Also add a good stretching routine.

Have you ever done a tutorial video on how to capture sun stars? I would love to know how you capture these :)

I liked the picture of the sunstar. From the angle that it was taken, it looks like it is shooting out of the mouth of the silhouette of the girls' profile on the cliff. Hope that makes sense. Great camera work by both.

When I crop, I do it once. I try to get the image I like in-camera, but you know how it is. Sometimes you just have to crop.

I do multiple crops and sometimes multiple edits. What I've learned about myself is that my objectivity improves over time, so it helps to have multiple perspectives to overcome the "emotional" edit, that edit you do that may convey your experience but nevertheless doesn't present as well for the viewer.

Oh yeah. I crop most of my pictures when Im editing. I find it easier to find the right size looking at the pictures on my monitor, when what I do true the wievfinder.
