I would use Fertan rust converter , Bondaprimer for an undercoat and Dinitrol , not waxoyl.

Was going to say Fertan rust treatment and Buzzwelds Chassis in One and Rust control primer but someone’s beaten me to it. Ive used them for years and all good so far!

get your self fertan gaz then get onto buzzweld for some good primer
