The H is a great platform for the B204 fit wise compared to Corsa's etc, just got mine done but need's another visit to the dyno to be right. I love the look of your old van even if Nardo isn't for everyone.

Xp and SE vans getting desirable vans but so rare decent examples all builder mud hogger vans 😭I have a mint sportive 1.7 and trying to get xp bodykit is impossible all been junked.

Yea I brought the other one back to life it was a scrapper. There are a few kits for sale on the Facebook van owners page, I bought this kit as a fiberglass copy kit from Poland as I was really struggling to find one to. The vxr bumper is a copy bumper but very high quality abs plastic

@@robertsutton6851 yes people use them as builders vans and batter the inside of the side panels it's horrible lol. Sounds like you have one of the good once left.

Much easier to sand and spreads smoother. All the pros use the stuff for finishing

I started a build years ago when conversions were a new thing ive got a vectra b 1.8 sri hatch and Saab b204 ive still got the car on stands in parents back garden and an engine in the shed with loom adapter and coded/bench maped ecu dune by the late Nick Curtis also got 2.0 gearbox and shafts how much would you lads charge to get the engine in the car and running?

Unfortunately I think Gary has stopped doing them for customers now as his garage bills are quite high and nobody really wants to spend the money required on an old car

I was looking into fitting a saab 2.0t engine into an Astra G estate. But i realised the road tax on a saab 93 2.0t is over £500 a year? Does that road fund cost transfer over with the engine?

Must be the wrong saab, the b204 saabs don't cost 500 a year to tax, possibly a newer saab?

I Have The 1.9 SE its mental fast stays with Rs Audis Makes Golfs Cry Box internals all re made en 36 steel used Proper Bearings Not Gm shat . the box made a massive difference as to how the thing behaved worth the investment my box is silky smooth deals with it's power no issues . 270 Brake without much effort very clean Van. for its age the last of the real vans these are new vans are just Dogshit. they look better with the SE Bumper and the IRMSCHER GM Body kit.
