Calypso ' s nuke was always fucking beast man I always used that character and the guy with the freeze special. I think i used the motorcycle guy the most tho he was powerful asf

i used to do this, it was always funny. one time sweet tooth's special hit those barrels, and it sent me flying so high into the air that i fell out of the level design and died. lol.

There's an option to select your opponents. If you're talking about how they only attack you and not eachother, there's a cheat code for it.

The difficulty wasn't just 5 sweet tooths, it's playing and controlling and using any strategic moves and escaping during the intense lag when their specials collided. You can manage against 5 sweet tooths with any vehicle of you're choice if you're skilled enough. My game froze on occasions. I would load up on everything, and just go ham. Unleashing fury with my shield on, and it would be such a collosal mess that the game lags to a hault and just freezes. Thats when i'm not being precise with my shit and playing wrecklessly. Although when it doesn't freeze, i manage a win. Calypso, Moon Buggy, and Trashman are my favorites. Along with all the large vehicles since i enjoy a good demolition derby with big vehicles. One cheap way i win is using any vehicle that grabs, i freeze opponent almost as soon as i run up on them, shield myself, and R2/L2 the fuck out of them, with machine guns blazing. If i fly into the air, i hyperspace if i have enough energy left. If not, i try to turbo, and lean downwards or turbo backwards depending on how i'm positioned, to boost my way out of the instant out of bounds killzone. With Calypsos special it's tricky since it causes so much spectacle and damagae and sends opponents flying sometimes. So you gotta be careful with it freezing. At least from my experience. Also, if you can pull it off, wall rides and wall jumps are a thing in this game. So you can do stunts. And become even more evasive.
