Wow. This is one of the best animatics I have ever seen regarding The Owl House. The storytelling is beautiful and is perfectly paced with the song. I love the creative freedoms you took with Hunter’s perspective and the mindscape. Your art works really well with the characters as well - I adore Hunter’s little wisp and your design of Hunter and Flapjack’s mind portrait. I'm not the best at explaining things but to my undetstanding-- grimewallers are clones and Belos made a clone of his dead brother (he kept making them but they kept turning on him so he kept killing them) For Caleb and Philips story they were orphaned brothers that lived back in the day when there were witch hunters so they bacame witch hunters to fit in with their town but one day they met a real witch that showed them magic and stuff and Caleb fell in love with her and she got pregnant but Philip got rlly salty and bc the idea that witches were bad was engraved in his mind he felt as if he was loosing his brother to evilness and ended up killing him (and eventually he became insane which led to the events in the show)
