I loved this fun challenge the music was awesome. My 11 year old son watched me and laughed at the music. I used my 1 pound wrist weights with the workout and made it even harder. My favorite part was the freestyle it was a lot of fun will be doing this challenge more and more. Thank you.

@@jonathanbignall1198 I’ve just released a 21 day workout programme that starts with Week 1 strengthening and floor work. The next 2 weeks then will be rebounding in all shapes and forms. I seriously recommend you giving this series a go. It’s just 21 minutes a day but you can pick and choose what you want if necessary. If you look at the top of our channel you will see playlists. Go into playlists and select Workout Series. This is where all the videos will be. Today we have just started with week 2, so you can begin with week 1, Day 1 and go from there. I incorporate weights in some of the videos. Let me know what you think? 😊
