@@Tice022 Asmon got banned for saying Palestinians deserve what they're getting and a large wave of people started pointing out how Hassan and his clique have been far more racist and regularly violate ToS without bans for a long time. @@Tice022 Hasan was saying very derogatory things about Jews, especially in regards to current events. Asmon said something very derogatory about Palestinians, and was banned. So the internet pitchfork crew got their torches out, which caused enough of a stir to attract the attention of advertisers. At work I felt at peace rather than anxious and negative, I didn't get mad at traffic, and life is worth living again. I seriously recommend this because even a year without it changed my life for the worst and most of you guys haven't meditated once in your lives, Imagine if you never brushed your teeth they would all be gone by now or on their way. We take care of our bodies daily but abandon the soul, some people have loving connections with others to supplement meditation and spiritual practice but I'm a young man on my own at the moment and meditation is the only thing that makes me even worth dating. You are comically out of touch. A gacha game selling a monthly pass for $20 ($250/yr) needs only FORTY fish to make back that $10k. Never mind the one whale that spends $10k in his first week. And just 1 out of his 100,000 viewers signing up for a casino already makes that $10k. The rest is pure profit.

Alright I'm gonna have to clarify something for you. "Putting in work" doesn't mean you're entitled to anything. You don't get paid for your labor, you get paid for the value you produce, aka to make stuff people want. People aren't interested in seeing you bust your ass and toil and sweat all day long, they're interested in what comes out at the end of the pipeline. This means that the only upper limit to how much you can justifiably get paid, is how much people crave your product. If you have a hard time doing it, that doesn't mean you're justified in asking for more money, it just means you now have a greater subjective incentive to ask for more money, but that's not the same thing as offering people an incentive to give you more money. I mean you could guilt-trip people into paying you more, you could trick them into thinking that labor is the same thing as value, but they would eventually wise up. That being said, it is true that streamers actually produce very little value for advertisers. Online platforms constantly have to trick announcers into thinking that they have way more influence over viewers than they really do. Now they're wising up to the trick.

Advertisers saw the election results. They will spend their ad dollars accordingly. Everything is shifting. People with no plan will be screwed.

One problem with a lot of companies is that they over invest in the development side or marketing side, but under invest in the operations side. So you will have situations where there will be like 4 different directors, 12 different managers, all working on one product, when they can all fall under one director, and then maybe 2 managers. And on the operations side, IT for instance won't even have a director or VP, and will have 700 users per tech because they want their help desk to operate as Help Desk/Sys Admin/Network Security/etc all at once, instead of having separate departments focus on specific things. I think there should absolutely be more development than operations, but there should be more people actually developing...not 20 different managers basically working on the same project. It's a waste of money, and hinders actual development. A lot of companies shoot themselves in the foot, because they hemorrhage money this way, and because they had 3 REALLY good quarters, they think they are fine....then the down rounds hit or the bad quarters hit and they end up laying off people anyways. TLDR: Companies should definitely trim the fat, but a lot of companies have a hard time identifying what the fat actually is.
