I wish this was useful, but this is the easy part. How did you separate Spotify audio from the rest of your desktop audio? This is the part I'm struggling with since using an audio mixer like Voicemeeter Banana adds latency to the audio.
@GreenBoxMedia4 жыл бұрын
It is done with Voicemeter and the added latency is not noticeable when using ASIO drivers. Worst case you could add a video buffer, to re-sync it. However, I never saw audio of voice meter running behind more than 1 frame.
@JimboJamboYT3 жыл бұрын
make sure you are using the WDM hardware out option for whatever you are routing, it has the least latency. as for separating the spotify audio something like EarTrumpet is incredibly easy and efficient to use if you want to designate certain audio sources to specific audio cables.
@Glenners3 жыл бұрын
Maybe you should, you know, have the most important part in the tutorial?
@Exlncy92 жыл бұрын
I know im a bit late lol but there’s a tool to separate audio sources individually, look it up on youtube you will find an excellent video explaining it step-by-step, and there’s no latency since it’s done by an OBS plugin.
@mestaz94082 жыл бұрын

Great tutorial and help! I noticed my stream last night VOD was split up and seemed to be right when I added music to it. Is the reason why it automatically cut it out and this is the reason why we don't want music on VOD? Just looking for the reason of why you want to seperate to help understand. Thanks!
@GreenBoxMedia Жыл бұрын
The reason is that copyrighted content like music is not allowed on twitch and can result in DMCA takedown requests. While streaming copyright content is equally not allowed, we can ensure that the VODs stay online and doesn't get taken down by cutting out the copyrighted content from the VOD.
@Tiktockkk Жыл бұрын
@GreenBoxMedia Thanks for reply and info. I was curious how most streamers playing music were able too without having it in the playback. Turns out initial reason for my VODs being split up was gamefirst vi cutting my stream connection so I uninstalled, but now I learn a new audio track setup from ya!!
