While I don’t really care for ICP that much fans of their music can’t be painted with the same brush. Just because a small percentage of their fans are involved in criminal activity doesn’t make juggalos a gang. You would have to call Jimmy Buffets parrot heads a gang. Also the ones that are involved in crime aren’t really doing things to build up and finance a criminal organization.
