Didn’t realize that Canadian whisky regulations allow for a whisky to be called a “single malt” when it’s blended with different grains. Good to know.

wad up Teach ! . . . we need a leader (or 2) for our own CanWA (Canadian Whisky Awards)... we have come of age, we have enough blends, ryes, corn, wheated "rye", cask strength category, ...... coast-to-coast : and to coast... so many wiskies+distilleries ... and then our own CanTubers (Trenny & C), Neighbour, West Coast, Davin DK. , Passion QUEBEC, Cotes Des Saints Quebec, .. even your best smoking Friend (hehe, just saying - IF, big "if" u have time).
