Two Can Play That Game is a 2001 American romantic comedy film written and directed by Mark Brown and starring Vivica A. Fox and Morris Chestnut.
Shante Smith (Vivica A. Fox) is a woman who gives advice on how to keep a man in check. Her ideals are challenged when her man, an attorney, named Keith Fenton (Morris Chestnut), threatens to stray. Smith is a well-educated woman who feels that when it comes to men and their tricks, she knows them all.
On the other end, Shante’s boyfriend Keith is being led by his friend Tony (Anthony Anderson), who thinks he knows all the tricks that women play. When Shanté's boyfriend, Keith, is caught red-handed stepping out with a co worker, Shanté institutes her "Ten Day Plan" to get her man in line. The battle soon begins, though at the conclusion of the movie, Shante and Keith get back together.

I think y'all are misrepresenting who Keith is, he's the gameless dude that get chicks because of his looks and status. The reason why Anthony was giving him advice is because he's the cat that always pulled based on his game so Keith knows he can trust what he's telling him.

I'm sorry when you say you give something a one... that's saying it's a bad movie. You can't say it's not a bad movie but it's a one. Tony hates the movie for a reason he has not divulged to us.

Because its not believable. A percentage of watching a fiction piece is suspending your disbelief. But bad writing can unravel that.

I have not watched this movie in a minute. Fun Facts: Vivica A. Fox & Morris Chestnut were also on the forgotten short lived sitcom Out All Night. Vivica A. Fox, Tamala Jones & Anthony Anderson were also in Booty Call & Kingdom Come. Wendy Raquel Robinson & Bobby Brown were also in A Thin Line Between Love & Hate & Morris Chestnut & Gabrielle Union were also in The Brothers, Breakin All The Rules, The Perfect Holiday & Think Like A Man. Can we please get Blackbusters on the following rom coms: Booty Call Sprung Woo Brown Sugar Deliver Us From Eva Just Wright Jumpin The Broom

Man this was a great review. I agree with tone on this review. It wasn't a bad movie at all. I think the execution and writing was not good. This movie came out when I was 17 going on 18, and even I was questioning some of the scenes like no this would not happen in reality. But I've watched the movie plenty of times because it's has a lot of comedic value, and I seen what they were doing at the core, but it was poorly executed. But with better writing this could have easily been a 4. But because it wasn't I gave it a 2.5.
