I did one day Raw Pressery cleanse and had terrible headache at the end of the day and was feeling pukish with the overdose of juices, finally ended up eating something light. You guys managed it two days, really commendable!

Great job you guys 👍 I too did a day cleans with raw pressery where I felt similar good cravings and slight headaches. The most difficult time was the afternoon and I actually had a cup of green tea. Unfortunately the last juice didn't suit me or may be because of being hungry I had acidity and I threw up real badly. Post that I decided I will never go for such cleanses ever coz it made me feel terrible. The next day was fine though 😊

You two are adorable! Thank you for the look into the cleanse. I don't think that you necessarily needed it. Some of us have some extra fat to live off of! How many calories do you think that you had through the day? That was a problem with some cleanses that I saw - the low calorie count was just too low. Even for a fast.

If you put preservative then only juice preserve . If company put preservative limit with government guide line than company can print no preservatives on bottle .if company put more than government guidelines than company had to print preservative on bottles

I don't think 2 days made a lot of difference in your weight, but what I read on various blogs was that most of the weight that people lose in juice cleanse is water weight and they gain it right back once they start eating solid food. Also, the things to consider in a juice cleanse is not what you're drinking, but what you're not putting in your system. Like dairy, sugar, gluten etc. So even if you cut the junk out of your diet and eat healthy, it makes a lot of difference in your body and you feel fresh. Do you think a juice cleanse is a good idea?

That headache is probably because of not having actual tea. It's withdrawal headache. (Because you're quite addicted to tea, just like me) I've been wanting to do a cleanse for a long long time and have never actually gotten to it. Whenever i think about actually starting the cleanse all i can think of is my precious cup(s) of tea ❤❤ can go without food if i have healthy supply of juices but i really am not sure if i can survive without tea.

Agree that the juices are raw and healthy but the reality is very different. These juices are passed through a high pressure chamber to kill bacteria n stuff so as to increase self life but this very same process kills all the beneficial enzymes and healthy bacteria which actually help us to digest these juices inside our body. My issue with this brand is they haven’t mentioned anywhere that these juices 🥤 have been treated with high pressure. Customers must know what they are consuming.
