This was fun to watch. We also ate at the traveling lobster while in that area and we really liked it!

Thanks for watching! It’s tough to watch these videos and not want a lobster roll!

I’m in Morris (Grundy County Illinois). We are going to Acadia in a few weeks. Great vid! Very helpful and really enjoyed your trip through your eyes!

Kristine, that’s awesome! We know Morris well! We fill up at the gas station with Big R all the time, and have eaten at some of the restaurants in town. Hope you have a great trip out to Acadia in a few weeks. Safe travels!

Great job guys. My wife and I are headed to Boothbay this month, but Acadia in the Fall is on our bucket list. Can't wait to try some of your recommendations. Keep up the great work.

Mark, stayed in Boothbay a long time ago and almost went back this trip to Maine but couldn’t swing it! It’s an amazing area so enjoy. Hope you get the same great weather this fall in Acadia that we did! Safe Travels!

Thank you for this video! Incredibly informative. After your experience, which trails would you do again and in which order? (I know I can look at a map, but I'd like your perspective because I enjoy your videos!) Thanks in advance!

Hiking around Sand Beach on a nice day is fantastic. We wanted to do Jordan Pond but it was packed and we couldn’t find parking. We had our dog and Madalyn was pregnant so we didn’t get too adventurous in Acadia

The vanilla ice cream is "Giffords", also made in Maine.

How far in advance did you get the sunset reservation? Days, weeks, the day before?
@AdamandMadalyn3 ай бұрын
Probably a week but we m weren’t there at peak season. I recommend making them as soon as you know you’re visiting. They’re pretty cheap.

Spoiler alert. For a 45 minute video, there is very little of Acadia shown. Its mostly them eating

Its perfectly OK to film the scenery and just narrate. Its not necessary to do so many closeups on yourself.
