Great fun to meander through all those alleys and squares and up countless steps in the unknown (lucky you)! I'd think you'd need at least 2 slices a day of that delicious cake to keep you going 😁. Intrigued by what's to come!

I always like to meander through narrow passageways, found so many on my travels and looking for more. Lots of surprises to come in future videos guaranteed!

It looks like you had a much better time in Lux than I did 17 years ago when I got chucked out of a shop! Great video!

Great day Alice. Thanks for organising it. Again. Your research was outstanding. Oh yeah. And thanks for firing an arrow at me. I didn't see that coming 😊😂😮

Hi Alice, such a fascinating city! I loved hearing about its history. The war memorial was impressive and the cathedral's magnificent stained glass window was stunning. What an inspiring story of the brave John of Bohemia. Oh my, Jan Palach setting himself on fire for what he believed in! Another incredibly brave man. Fabulous architecture and interesting walk around the castle walls. I really enjoyed your captivating storytelling. Thanks for your in-depth research ❤

Luxembourg is a gem of a city and one that has to be explored in more detail. Another Luxembourg video this week on my transport channel.

Really enjoyed watching this little series.. Luxembourg looks incredible with all its quirky streets, Squares and of course the history.. That War memorial really was quite something wasn't it? Really hope you manage to return again in the future to show us abit more of the city walls and fortifications.. Definitely gonna have to add Luxembourg to my list of places I'd like to visit one day. Thanks as always for showing us around a place I've never been to.. I really must get my passport renewed! 😆👍

There are quite a few interesting historical places on Luxembourg so another visit is a definite for the future. Just wish I could have stayed for longer, but there is another on my transport channel. I found quite a few military places on my first series, so I tried to see something different on this visit. My new series previews this Sunday from a littlecloser to home.

I loved both of your Luxembourg videos Alice. What a beautiful country with heaps of European history. Thank you for taking us around there. That's lovely that Jan Palach has been remembered with the square there - I remember when it happened in 1969 - I used to (and still do occasionally) listen to Prague Radio - dark days in the late 1960s in both Czech and European History. On short wave in those days - yes, I know, I was young then, but I was (and still am) a radio fan and Radio Prague was one of the very first European Radio Stations. If you ever go to Prague - check out their studios, as it has a most amazing lift! According to Wikipedia, In 2021, Rospotrebnadzor (Russian censor) blocked the website of Radio Prague International in Russia due to a report about Jan Palach from 2001! Take care, Paul
