24-48hr refrigerated Okra water goes down easy, especially first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Best poop ever three days later. I’ll try is on my hair!! ☺

Also add a slice of pineapple or cucumber or lemon if you decide to drink it daily to help with the slime if you don’t like that. And straw may help with the taste. It’s not bad at all. For cramps yall can try cramp bark herbal tincture. Or make a castor oil pack and heating pad and yoni steam a few days before your cycle. If you have heavy cycles try a yarrow or Shepard purse or lady’s mantle tincture drink in a cup of tea or take a dropper full during your cycle to help reduce the heavy cycles.
