Sir, here for finding k matrix, instead of multiplying B with B transpose you multiplied B transpose with D matrix first. 》》B^T D B My doubt is if we first multiply B with B transpose and then multiply the matrix with D 》》B^T B D ....will it change the answer Sir? @ 20:22

B^T D B is quadratic of form in terms of matrix, it will explain more details in advance mathematics. In example while calculating kinetic energy in terms of matrix, we will use v^T M v instead of v^T v M. Then, if u use the B^T B D form, u will find different result. Furthermore, u can check that B^T B D form will result different size of matrix against the B^T D B form. thanks

If the Problem is based on Plane stress, D Matrix will be Plane stress only.. Don't consider Plane strain equation anywhere..
