amazing work!! This animation almost makes it seem like Springtrap is trying to redeem himself, and that in the past videos he was only murderous because he was provoked and in pain. It seems like he’s trying to turn over a new leaf in this one. Plushtrap coming and being friendly to the kid seemed like Springtrap had no ill intentions, but the boy’s mom probably freaked and tried to attack him/call 911. I love how palpable his regret is in the mirror scene, like he hates living this way and wishes he could go back to his normal life. I love his gargled screams and how he’s physically incapable of being human again even though he’s trying pitifully hard. What a delicious interpretation of Springtrap! It’s a shame this series hasn’t been continued.

Because if anything, by looking at the reaction im seeing, it looks to me like the boy got his soul or something transferred into springtrap. You even see him kind of trying to pull his head off with the way his hands were beneath his mask.
