You should see there is a lot of Italian peaple settled in Odessa Ukraine. They brought very colorful tradition with them. By the way Stallone mother was from Odessa.

Ok, here's a thing right, I am from India, and eating chk liver with spaghetti is a no, no, no and unheard of :( Then again it is Italian cuisine, but I simply cannot eat this dish with butter, onions, and pasta. You just gotta have other exotic spices when eating any type of liver.
