Good to see you posting about your testosterone results lol and it's honor that you mentioned one of my comments lol

Man that's awesome. Mine is 1200ng/dl consistently and I eat a ton of meat and I don't "sprint" as a solo sport, but I sprint a shitload playing ultimate frisbee for 1-1.5hrs, 3x/week. I wish we had kangaroo here, I've had burgers made from it once imported from australia and they were delicious!

I'm in the US so I plan to bring a giant net and a barbeque to the nearest zoo. Some of you will say "Why don't you just eat bison or venison, he said it's very similar" and to that I say, I've already paid the deposit on the giant kangaroo net.

When i was in the US, a very gracious subscriber hosted us at their place and gave us Bison burgers. Was 👌

It’s anecdotal; I have high testosterone (have two other videos on the topic) and these are two habits (sprinting and red meat consumption) that may contribute to that. You can look up the studies bro.

Are you telling me that eating tofu and rice and never moving quickly might not be boosting my testosterone? 😂
