Owner has multiple houses. Young men gained keys from a real estate company that's managing the properties; from someone the owner trusted to do maintenance work; or, made copies of the keys while with a family member of the property owner.

Get a thumb 👍 print of the renter on the lease and ask to see and take a picture of their drivers license
