@@FlowerGirlMy I would like it if I could do something about it. However I have severe social anxiety so I'd probably have a panic attack. But it's not just the fault of passersby but the whole system really. I know there's no immediate cure all to the problem.

@@Thiriously ye, you are right, system has holes and it doesn't work properly. But if you care, you could call that persons family if you know them, or 112 for help if it's out of control situation. I now asking my self, what would I do? What has to happen to make me get involved? Where I live, sometimes see, a most likely a homeless woman, with some physical disability and get an urge to help. But I have no idea how. I don't have resources (and don't give money for homeless to not encourage drinking and stuff, except bay food if they ask), but have no idea who to call, usually no time to even stop and ask what's going on with her, and if she even needs help. Fell so.... lost in these situations my self.

I’m not sure if anyone has done this case but I’m very near where it happened; The Lane Bryant murders were just across the street from my in laws. Tinley Park, IL. 5 women killed and all I know is they have a sketch I’m also very near the disappearance of Stacy Peterson. My sister helped look for anything during her lunch hours for weeks.

Umm no, if someone was mentally I’ll and committed a horrible crime/crimes and later found competent, they shouldn’t just be let out. At least have a hearing/evaluation to determine what would need to happen. They wouldn’t have the resources or medications they had in the facility and may not continue with treatment, leading to more crimes.
