I was wandering if you could touch the topic of coral stinging each other :)

Thanks for keeping the series running. I’m following along with my own studio 12.

In upgraded my Evo to a Waterbox AIO 25 and couldn’t be happier. Waterbox makes a beautiful tank and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one. When I get my big peninsula it will be a Waterbox.

March getting some additional ROI. Would be interesting a bit further down the road to do a comparison video and likes/dislikes of the Fluval Evo vs Studio 12. I have the Evo and if the Studio was available when I started I would have likely gone with that. But I'm pretty satisfied with the Evo overall, though 2 years in I'm running out of space and may consider up-sizing for more real estate and wider selection of fish.

I'm very happy to know that you decided to keep the aquarium! 😀 I think it would be interesting if you covered the topic of to add macro algae as part of the display [if that is something of interest to you 😅] - Ramón 🇲🇽

Really enjoy your videos on this tank. Mostly due to this being my first tank ever. I'm in the diatom stage and getting excited to start adding coral and a decent clean up crew. Would love another update on yours.

I like having plenty of hermit crabs but not loving all the crab poop. Is it a even ratio (1 to 1)of snails to crabs to even out the mess?

Most excellent Good Sir, is Kalkwasser the best solution to maintaining ph levels?
@ReefDork11 ай бұрын
It's the best thing I've tried - I found co2 scrubbers to be too much faff. You could connect an airline from your skimmer to outside so it draws fresh air too. Refugiums and skimmers do something, but nowhere near as much as kalk. Some dosing solutions like ATI Essentials+ are good for pH too.

This is gonna be grom out of left field, but i was hoping that by asking on a new video, the chances of getting a good answer s will be higher.. I am back in the planing stages of building a new reef from scratch.. and i want to find one person or site or shop to guide me over the course of the next 14 months buying and assembling a total system s. I plan to put back $1000 a month BEFORE i think about anything that is alive. I used to be in the hobby at a semi advanced level. But it is clear wanting videos on everything from rodi up to keeping holy grail hammers. Also, i always loved the coral banded shrimp besides cleaner shrimp. Problem is, i have seen ZERO videos covering them. Are they gone? If not, anyone have a plus versus minuses of keeping them. 30 years ago, you could buy a 75 shallow acrylic with a canopy (all tanks had one back then. Dont judge ud gen x ers. We often did a huge protein skimmer in the :berlin method " and by doing big weekly water changes. We kept just about everything your local store would get No online sales back then, if you were very lucky, your store owner would let us look at the fax no emails with pictures. And you could ask that they order and actually get it alive Anyone can answer. Im really excited About any corol banded information
