That may be an inference that could be drawn, but it's not the way criminal law works! The prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defendent is guilty; it's not up to the defence to prove innocence...reasonable doubt will suffice! Mind you, I think Trump is guilty as sin, but I'd 'fail' every jury selection question for this case!

No, traditional English law and the constitution included a right to silence, no inference on guilt may be drawn in criminal law by not testifying, in civil cases Trump pleading the 5th was a sign of guilt where the burden of proof is also just a balance of probabilities.

These are things that would push many people over the edge so to speak, but he is steadfast & I am so proud of he & his family. He is truly a family based human & and honorable citizen of the 🇺🇸 , loves his wife so much & like me, probably curses the most of all his siblings and for good reason (he has actually admitted this on MeidasTouch) 😂.
